Jamstack is an extremely modern approach to building fast, efficient, and secure websites. It is based on three pillars: JavaScript, APIs, and Markup. What is it about, and what does it offer? In shortest possible terms:
The page visible under the domain consists of dynamically generated static pages, not the entire site, including the CMS system. As a result, the page loads extremely fast.
Your website's Content Management System is located on a different server than the front-end (what the users see) of the website itself, and therefore, is not loaded when users browse your website. This makes the loading speed top-notch.
Data exchange (e.g.changing content on your website) is done in a Content Management System that is separate from the front end of the website. The changes are transmitted to the domain's website through an API, through which specific changes are precisely sent.
In traditional websites everything (both front-end and back-end) is loaded under your domain, which makes loading slow and thus browsing pages requires exceptional patience from the users. In Jamstack, we only load what is truly needed and visible to the users, making the websites fast, attractive, and secure.
